Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and participation in the $0 Website Program (the “Program”) operated by Come to Me eMarketing Consultant Inc. (“we,” “us”). By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

1. The Program

The Program provides a standard business website — up to 5 pages with the features listed on this site — at no development fee to businesses we accept. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and accept a limited number of projects at our discretion.

2. What is and isn’t included

The standard package includes up to 5 pages, responsive design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO setup, analytics installation and one consolidated round of revisions. It does not include ecommerce, booking systems, membership functionality, custom applications, complex integrations, large-scale content entry, unlimited revisions, or ongoing hosting and maintenance. Work outside the standard package is quoted separately before any charge.

3. Your responsibilities

Accepted businesses must provide the content needed to build the site — company information, logo, photos and service descriptions — and must have the rights to any material provided. Projects are scheduled after all required content is received. If content is not provided within 60 days of acceptance, we may close the project.

4. Domain, hosting and ownership

• Domain: your domain is registered in your name and owned by you. Domain registration fees are your responsibility. We handle the DNS configuration needed to connect your domain and launch the site.
• Website ownership: once launched, the website design and content built for you under the Program are yours.
• Hosting: your website is hosted by us at no cost for the first 90 days after launch. Before the free period ends, we will confirm your options in writing: our Website Care plan, a monthly hosting fee, or transferring the site to a host of your choice. If no option is selected by the end of the free period, the site may be taken offline; we retain a backup of your website files for 30 days afterward so you can still request a copy.
• Transfer: if you choose to host elsewhere or work with another provider later, we will provide a copy of your website files upon request.
• Third-party licenses: if the site uses paid third-party tools or licenses, we will identify them and their costs before launch.

5. Optional services

Website care, SEO, advertising management and other growth services are optional, separate paid engagements with their own written terms. Receiving a Program website does not obligate you to purchase any of them.

6. No guarantees

We build websites designed to present your business professionally and be measurable. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Program is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies. Material changes to an active project’s terms will be communicated directly.
